This looks more like an execution rather than a lawful arrest. The video shows an unarmed black man was running away from cops, when they shot him. Although he was acting
erratically
,he was running away, not posing a threat to them. No gun found, no knife too, yet they took his life.
Cops act within
“Comply or Die” policy which means everybody dies.
