Well… I didn’t reach my goal of 155-158 lbs. OK OK… maybe it was just unrealistic. Then again maybe not. One thing I did not do, and am not going to do is give up. I put on little bit of muscle and I have close to 30 lbs of fat.
How life has changed since I started this challenge.
As of last Monday, I am no longer in my 30s LOL
I am transitioning off of public assistance because I started a full time job back in March of this year.
I entered a training program in December of last year to become a CASAC (Credentialed Alcohol & Substance Abuse Counselor)
I was able to finally join a gym a few months ago.
Most importantly, I stayed clean.
