The Master Cleanse Redux - Day 9:
Hard to believe that I have made it this far! What worked this time? I’ll post what I believe I did wrong the last time sometime next week.
Well, I went to the gym today; did 30 minutes of cardio and some weight training. Days 1, 2 and 3 I was also able to make to the gym. It felt great; it didn’t feel like a chore or that I didn’t want to be there. I really need to think about what I am going to do moving forward. My eating habits, my exercise regimen and a few other things as well.
There is an easing out process. Day 1 is OJ (watered down) as if it were the lemonade cleanse. Day 2 is introducing other fruit and vegetable juices (preferably organic) and broths. Day 3 is introduce solid foods (Live food; fruits and vegetables). After that, I eat other types of food. Hopefully I will be making wiser decisions going forward.
