Ease Out Day 2 - Master Cleanse
I’m posting this late… More diluted organic OJ… later on in the day and organic vegetable juices… Oddly… still very energized. No major cravings for unhealthy stuff. My friends are telling me that I’m ‘glowing’… I will say my skin does look clearer.
For dinner I had my first solid foods meal - an Arugula Sprout Salad from Organic Avenue (Baby Arugula, Sunflower Sprouts, Olive Oil, Garlic, Cashews, Macadamia Nuts, Scallions, Onion, Parsley, Herbs, Seaweed Powder, Sundried Tomato, Probiotics (Dairy-Free), Lemon, Carrot, Celery, Chickpea Miso, Dates, Tamari (Wheat-Free), Himalayan Salt, Black Pepper)… It was YUMMY!!
It recommended that you ease out for three days… Day three is when you start eating solid foods… Live Foods (vegetables and fruit, organic preferred)… I shortened the ease out since I did a 5 day cleanse not the full 10 days.
