As I suspected, i lost mostly water weight… Well, today I feel like I am starting to retain water. Yuck… is this what women feel monthly?
I’m not going to not hydrate myself… I don’t think that would be healthy… I hope to join a gym after the 22nd of this month… That will be my solution to lose the 14 lbs i have to lose to reach my goal and to maintain a healthy weight.
