day 3
The Master Cleanse Redux - Day 3:
Here I am at day 3. I’m glad that I chose to start on Friday. I get two weekends while on the cleanse where I can wake up just a little bit later to start my day. They said is tough. Just like last month I am irritable today however; I think a lot of it has to do with subway service was bad today and I forgot my debit card at home and there was a few things I wanted to do today. Again, the Salt Water Flush has become bearable.
I did go to the gym today for a quick workout. The cayenne pepper is really doing its job. I do boosts of energy now and then. It’s all still a mindf*ck though - How am I able to go about my business without my body just stopping as it’s had enough and it’s time to eat?
I’ll try not to worry about that - worrying makes want comfort food.

I know.. it was yesterday… I REALLY WANT A SLICE OF PIZZA!!! I WANT FRENCH TOAST!!!! FUCK IT>>> SOMEONE GET ME A SLICE OF FRENCH TOAST PIZZA!!!
It was rough yesterday…. I wasn’t hungry throughout the day but my body is craving solid comfort foods.
I’m writing this at the start of Day 4 because i was not feeling well, especially after taking the antibiotics. I will have to check… I may have to end the cleanse a day early… not sure if it’s a good idea to this while on antibiotics.
