Ease Out Day 1 - The Master Cleanse
Amazingly filled with energy this morning which started to dwindle as the day progressed. I drank the OJ/Water mix about 48 oz total throughout the day and had purified water in between servings. Another thing i noticed was my muscles started to feel sore. The cayenne pepper can be used to relieve muscle soreness. After a full day of OJ.. I joined friends for a late dinner. I had a small serving of Egg Drop Soup and I was fine with just having that.
Tomorrow will be cold pressed vegetable and fruit juice blends with spices. Later on maybe a light salad.
