Full speed ahead!!!
Another great morning. Yesterday, did 30 minutes of cardio. Today, I have a few errands and my God it’s cold in NYC. That’s fine; my body will try to keep me warm (calories burnt).
I have purchased one training session at the gym and will try and schedule it for this coming Monday. Monday will be Day 3 of the Ease-out process where I can have some solid foods. It’s important to choose healthy small meals, because what would be purpose of all of this if I immediately run to burger and fries? Although, that’s sounds really good right about now. 😂
