Day 4 - The Master Cleanse
Well!! What everyone has told me is true; Day 3 is tough but it’s better by the fourth or fifth day. My mood has changed a little; I’m not so irritable. Strangely energized. It’s kind of shocking; I was able to jog to the gym this evening it’s only 2 thirds of a mile from me and did a few miles on the elliptical machine, some crunches, stretched, and walked back home. Is it the super food, Cayenne Pepper?
